This week at market we have the first of the peppers from den Haan Greenhouses. Local sweet peppers! This farm also produces stunning cluster tomatoes, grape tomatoes, and english cucumbers -- Available at all the markets.
Spinach is in full swing, and we also have mesclun mix - a blend of different cooking greens like mustards, bok choy, kale, and spinach.
Squash is nearly done for the season, but we still have bags of cut squash available.
On the apple front, Ambrosias are done but the Cortland, Gala and Empire are still crunchy and delicious!
