This week we are excited to herald the coming of SPRING with Spinach! This healthful and delicious leafy green is grown by Dean Manning at Manning Family Farm in Falmouth, NS. It has been overwintered in the
greenhouse which means it's extra sweet, and growing quickly with the longer sunny days we are having. Pick some up at the markets this week!
Also, this week at the markets we're all ready to serve your
Easter dinner needs. Pasrnips, Sweet Potatoes, Turnip, Potatoes, Squash - Check out this recipe for

The QEII and IWK Markets will be held on THURSDAY this week, in lieu of Good Friday, and
they will return to the regular Friday schedule the following week, April 10.
